본 약관은 실마진연구소(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 셀러 마진 계산기(sajangtool.com), 블로그(automatedearn.vercel.app), 유튜브 채널 및 이에 부수하는 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 이용자는 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 서비스의 성격
- 마진 계산기는 이용자가 입력한 값을 브라우저 안에서 계산해 보여주는 도구입니다. 회원가입이 없으며, 입력값은 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장됩니다.
- 블로그·유튜브 콘텐츠는 운영·실무에 관한 일반적인 정보 제공이며, 특정 이용자의 상황에 대한 세무·법률·투자 자문이 아닙니다.
- 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 운영자는 사전 고지 후 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.
3. 계산 결과에 대한 면책
- 계산 결과는 이용자가 입력한 값에 전적으로 의존합니다. 수수료율·원가 등을 실제와 다르게 입력하면 결과도 달라집니다.

- 운영자는 수익·매출·노출 순위 등 어떠한 성과도 보장하지 않습니다.
4. 이용자의 의무
- 서비스를 자동화된 수단으로 과도하게 호출하거나, 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위를 하지 않아야 합니다.
- 서비스에 게시된 콘텐츠(글·이미지·계산 로직)의 저작권은 운영자에게 있습니다. 출처를 밝힌 인용은 가능하나, 무단 복제·재배포·상업적 이용은 사전 동의가 필요합니다.
5. YouTube API 서비스
운영자는 자사 채널 운영을 위해 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 이와 관련하여 이용자에게는 YouTube 서비스 약관이 함께 적용되며, Google의 개인정보 처리에 관하여는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 운영자의 데이터 취급 범위와 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 준수 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 기재되어 있습니다.
6. 외부 링크
서비스에는 외부 사이트로 연결되는 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 해당 외부 사이트의 내용이나 정책에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
